The United States Department of Justice (DOJ) has reportedly appointed Forensic Risk Alliance (FRA) as the outside monitor for crypto exchange Binance. Notably, FRA, specialising in forensic accounting and compliance consulting services, beat Sullivan & Cromwell for the position.
